In May of 2008 our 45 unit townhome development was struck by a rather severe hail storm, resulting in major damage to our homes. The roofs, siding and gutters and downspouts were damaged on all 22 buildings and some buildings had damage to windows, air conditioning units, garage doors, and decks. The final total project was around $1,400,000.

After interviewing you and checking on some references, our Board of Directors hired your company as the general contractor to coordinate all of the work that needed to be done to restore our development to pre-storm condition. Shortly after being hired, you had an independent adjuster in to perform a complete survey of the damage. This was very valuable in later discussions you had with the insurance adjuster from our insurance company.
Once you had reached an agreement with the insurance company and we received the check from the, we were able to give a large advance to your company and you quickly went to work. You were able to obtain the services of of several crews to perform the work in a very timely manner. There were 4 roofing crews at work, all very well organized so that 2 crews were able to do a building in one day. You had 6 or 8 siding crews in here at one time, again all very competent. All of the workmanship was of very high quality.>
In a project of this size, there are bound to be some problems. You and your people were very conscientious in promptly dealing with the problems as they came up. All in all, we were very happy with the job you performed for us and I would be happy to recommend you for other work of this nature.
